Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE seeks a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technician team. You will lead technicians in daily installation, repair and maintenance of gaming equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with procedures.

Minimum 3 years as a gaming or EGM technician, secondary diploma or higher, and gaming certifications or training are required. Strong English and MS Office skills are essential for communication and reporting.

• Gaming - related certification or relevant technical training; strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems, and applicable regulations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the Technicians to conduct daily installation, repair and maintenance work according to established policies and procedures
• Perform maintenance according to the preventative maintenance program and as ad hoc needs arise
• Update the status and ensure completion of work orders
• Update and maintain the maintenance records of Gaming equipment
• Maintain the integrity of table games and equipment, EGM assets, machines and information
• Monitor and request inventory of all gaming-related items
• Report and elevate problems to the Supervisor
• Conduct installation, repair and maintenance work under strict safety conditions
• Ensure equipment, tools and work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe
• Continually improve health and safety standards
• Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor and assume responsibilities in the Supervisor’s absence
• Guide Technicians to installation, repair and maintain gaming operating equipment properly and safely to achieve department goals
• Participate in daily briefings and share relevant information with the team
• Test and correct any deviations from service procedures swiftly through on the job training
• Assess work quality standards and arrange refresher training to maintain Team Members’ competency levels
• Interact with Department and Company Team Members, management, and contractors professionally and positively
• Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications
• Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
• Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards
• Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards
• Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible

About Wynn Al Marjan Island: Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Technician to join the Gaming Technicianteam.

About You

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as gaming technician or EGM technician
• Secondary school diploma or above
• Gaming ‑ related certification or relevant technical training; strong knowledge of gaming products, equipment, systems, and applicable regulations
• Strong English communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with gaming ‑ related software and system
