Job summary

Black Pearl Shipping Services Co in Dubai is seeking a Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking) for an on-site, full-time role. The candidate will manage freight forwarding operations, customs clearance, and liaise with shipping lines and customs authorities to ensure compliant, timely shipments.

Ideal applicants have 3–5 years UAE experience in freight forwarding, strong knowledge of Dubai Trade/Mirsal 2, and excellent English-Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• UAE freight-forwarding experience 3–5 years.
• Experience with Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2.
• Knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures.
• Experience with preparing and processing Bill of Entry (BOE).
• Proficiency in Import, Export, Transit and Re-Export declarations.
• Familiarity with LCL shipments; knowledge of FCL, Air Freight and Road Freight advantageous.
• Understanding of HS Codes, duties and clearance documentation.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs.
• English and Arabic language proficiency required.
