The candidate will manage freight forwarding operations, customs clearance, and liaise with shipping lines and customs authorities to ensure compliant, timely shipments.

Ideal applicants have 3–5 years UAE experience in freight forwarding, strong knowledge of Dubai Trade/Mirsal 2, and excellent English-Arabic communication.

Qualifications

• UAE freight-forwarding experience 3–5 years.
• Experience with Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2.
• Knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures.
• Experience with preparing and processing Bill of Entry (BOE).
• Proficiency in Import, Export, Transit and Re-Export declarations.
• Familiarity with LCL shipments; knowledge of FCL, Air Freight and Road Freight advantageous.
• Understanding of HS Codes, duties and clearance documentation.
• Experience dealing with shipping lines, NVOCCs, CFS facilities, transporters and customs.
• English and Arabic language proficiency required.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Freight Forwarding Operations & Customs Executive (Arabic Speaking) at Black Pearl Shipping Services located in Dubai.

Key Requirements

• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Good command of English for international communication
• Minimum 3–5 years UAE freight-forwarding experience
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Dubai Trade / Mirsal 2
• Excellent knowledge of Jebel Ali Port and Dubai Customs procedures
• Experience preparing and processing Bill of Entry (BOE)
• Import, Export, Transit and Re-Export declarations
• Strong experience with LCL shipments
