Job summary

ULTIMATE HUMAN RESOURCES SOLUTIONS LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to coordinate domestic UAE and GCC land freight operations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective transportation.

You will work with transport providers, customs authorities, and internal teams to monitor shipments, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards, with 5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or land freight operations, including UAE domestic and GCC cross-border movements.
• Knowledge of land freight operations, customs processes, and transport documentation.
• Experience with ERP/TMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
