Priority Worldwide is seeking an experienced Customs & Operations Specialist for our Dubai team. You will oversee air and ocean import/export operations, manage UAE Customs responsibilities, and ensure end-to-end shipment lifecycle efficiency on-site in Dubai.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in UAE freight forwarding, strong CargoWise skills, and proficiency with Mirsal II / Dubai Trade. Join a global network and contribute to top-tier customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on freight forwarding experience in the UAE.
Strong air and ocean import/export operations experience.
UAE Customs clearance experience, including Mirsal II / Dubai Trade.
Strong CargoWise experience.
Solid knowledge of international freight forwarding processes, documentation, and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

Manage air and ocean import/export shipments from instruction receipt through delivery and file completion.
Coordinate bookings with airlines, steamship lines, and partners.
Review and process import/export documentation for compliance.
Maintain accurate shipment records and milestones in CargoWise.
Proactively track shipments and resolve delays or issues.
Coordinate with customers, consignees, carriers, and vendors.
Negotiate freight rates and prepare customer quotations.
Communicate shipment status and issues to customers and overseas agents.
Handle Dangerous Goods and perishable shipments per regulations.
