Job summary

KRISHLOGIX GLOBAL SHIPPING LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Cum Operations Executive to drive new business and manage end-to-end freight operations. You will handle Sea, Air, and Road freight, import/export, and customs clearance while strengthening client relationships.

The role requires deep knowledge of Dubai Customs, road transport, and container movement, with strong negotiation and coordination skills plus a UAE driving license as an advantage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of freight forwarding and logistics experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Customs Clearance.
• Experience with UAE road transportation and container movement.
• Existing relationships with transporters or service providers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle Sea Air Road Freight Import Export and Customs Clearance.
• Manage end-to-end shipment operations from booking to final delivery.
• Arrange local transportation, container movements, trailers, pickups and deliveries.
• Coordinate with transport companies, drivers, shipping lines, airlines and service providers.
• Maintain relationships with transporters and logistics service providers in Dubai.
• Negotiate transportation rates and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Handle customs documentation, declarations, inspections, approvals and shipment releases.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and transportation requirements.
