Job summary

Arab Gate Group is seeking an experienced Sales Representative in Dubai to grow the client base in freight forwarding (sea, air, land). You will build strong client relationships and tailor shipping solutions to customer needs.

Responsibilities include sourcing new clients, presenting offers, coordinating with operations, and meeting monthly and annual sales targets. Fluency in Arabic and English, plus a valid driving license, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in freight/logistics sales.
• Knowledge of land, sea and air shipping and customs.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driving license is a must.
• Nationality: Indian.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new clients and present freight services.
• Conduct field visits and meetings to present offers and pricing.
• Prepare price quotations in coordination with Operations.
• Follow up on shipments to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and potential leads.
• Monitor market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with Operations and Customs teams for smooth shipment execution.
