Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Operations in Abu Dhabi to drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and consolidations for a multi-entity group. You will lead a sizable finance team, deliver executive-level insights, and support strategic investments under the CFO’s guidance.

The role requires UAE nationality with Family Book, a strong FP&A background, and hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book (essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years in finance with 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong FP&A, consolidations, and management reporting background.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred.
• Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or related sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units.
• Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.
• Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
