Job summary

Michael Page (UAE) is recruiting a high-profile FP&A leader to drive forecasting, budgeting and performance measurement across a diversified Group in the UAE. The role collaborates with senior management to shape strategy and ensure robust planning.

You will lead group consolidation, develop KPI frameworks, provide actionable insights to Board-level stakeholders and mentor the FP&A team while delivering timely executive reporting. This is a board-facing role with broad cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• Experience presenting to Boards and senior leadership
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills
• Consolidation experience across multi-entity groups
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis across the Group
• Develop performance measurement frameworks and KPIs
• Provide actionable financial insights to senior management
• Oversee group-wide consolidation and reporting to Board
• Partner with business leaders to align financial plans with strategy
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for governance meetings
• Drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives
• Mentor and develop the FP&A team
