Job summary

OmanYP in Dubai is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units. The role oversees consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

This senior opportunity requires strong leadership of a finance team and a track record in governance and investments. Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly valued; the role reports to executive leadership in a growing, diversified UAE

Qualifications

10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
Strong background in FP&A, consolidations, and management reporting.
Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units.
Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.
Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.
Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.
Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
