Job summary

OmanYP in Dubai is seeking a seasoned FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units. The role oversees consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Strong background in FP&A, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple business units.
• Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.
• Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units.
• Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.
• Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.

• UAE National with Family Book (essential).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' finance experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams
• Strong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred.
• Experience within real estate, property management, facilities management, or a related sector is advantageous.
