Job summary

Michael Page in the UAE seeks a senior FP&A leader to direct budgeting, forecasting and performance management across a multi-entity group. You will deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and partner with executives to shape strategic decisions.

You will mentor the FP&A team, drive governance, and enhance reporting while coordinating with Finance, HR, Procurement and IT to improve planning, reporting and value creation for the Group.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CA/CPA/ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CMA or equivalent.
• 12+ years FP&A and management reporting experience.
• Strong UAE experience in large, complex organisations.
• Experience leading group consolidation across entities.
• Proven ability to present to Boards and senior leadership.
• Senior finance leader with team management experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Strong financial modelling and scenario planning.
• Experience in multi-entity group structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting across the Group with consolidation and stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Develop performance KPIs and reporting packs for execs and Board.
• Partner with leaders to align financial plans with operations.
• Provide commercial insight for strategic initiatives and investments.
• Support M&A evaluation and post-investment reviews.
• Analyse working capital and cash flow metrics.
• Mentor FP&A team and strengthen governance and controls.
