Job summary

Confidential in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced FP&A professional to lead budget development, rolling forecasts, and financial modeling. You will coordinate monthly and quarterly analyses, align department budgets including CAPEX, and ensure accurate period-end closing with the Accounts team.

The role requires at least 5 years in FP&A within a large or complex organization, a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce, and hands-on experience with SAP and SAC for planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification FP&A experience in a large or complex organization.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual budgets and rolling forecast.
• Develop budget templates and compile department budgets including CAPEX.
• Analyze depreciation, fixed assets, and reconcile with SAP.
• Perform inventory aging analysis and optimize inventory cost.
• Support month-end/period-end closing with accounts team.
• Implement cost-control mechanisms and monitor overheads.
• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs and HSE guidelines.
