Client of Michael Page is recruiting a UAE National finance leader to build and lead the finance function from its early stages. The role covers FP&A, business partnering, and strategic financial leadership across the organization.

You will partner with executive stakeholders, drive transformation initiatives including ERP implementations, and shape scalable finance processes and governance. A fast-paced environment with high ambiguity awaits.

Qualifications

• UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.
• Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.
• Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.

Responsabilités

• Develop financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting frameworks.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.
• Design and implement scalable finance processes controls and governance structures.
• Support finance transformation initiatives including ERP and workflow implementation.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.
• Drive process improvement automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
