Job summary

Senior Manager, FP&A & Finance Operations will lead financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and consolidation for a multi-entity UAE group. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive financial discipline, support executive decision-making, and manage a sizeable finance team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires UAE national with Family Book, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Business, at least 10 years in finance, and 3+ years leading teams.

Qualifications

• UAE National with Family Book essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years' finance experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams.
• Strong background in FP&A, financial operations, consolidations, and management reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units.
• Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across multiple business units.
• Oversee group-wide financial consolidations, management reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, including accountants and senior accountants.
• Support strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and business case assessments.
• Drive budget-versus-actual reviews, variance analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and adherence to delegation of authority frameworks.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
