Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Senior Operations Manager for an FM service provider in Dubai. You will manage day-to-day operations of a large workforce, delivering full FM services through a blue-collar team across multiple contracts, mainly residential buildings and communities. Arabic language is essential for success in this role.

The ideal candidate will have degree-level education, proven FM operations experience, and strong client management and budgeting skills to meet KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Experience as an FM Service Provider.
• Experience as an Operations Manager managing workforces across multiple contracts.
• Understanding of performance-based contracts delivering to SLAs and KPIs.
• Some budgetary responsibility.
• Experience delivering FM to residential properties (high rise & communities).
• Excellent client management capabilities.
• Excellent communicator.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day FM operations for a large workforce (>2000 staff) across multiple contracts.
• Ensure performance-based contracts meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide budgetary oversight and financial stewardship.
• Maintain strong client relationships and service quality across residential properties and communities.
