Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of our luxury retail facility, ensuring all systems run smoothly and safely.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor contracts, and lead safety inspections, embedding compliance with local standards. A degree in FM or engineering, 2+ years in similar roles, and FMP certification are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in facility management or similar role.
• FMP certification highly desirable.
• Experience managing facilities within luxury retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the facility to ensure efficient systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education
