Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Senior Operations Manager for its FM Service Provider arm. You will oversee day-to-day operations of a large workforce (over 2000 employees) and ensure delivery of FM services across multiple contracts in residential buildings and communities.

Arabic speaking is essential; you will manage budgets, SLAs, KPIs, and client relations, with opportunities for career development within a major group.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in any discipline.
• Experience working as the FM Service Provider.
• Experience as an Operations Manager, managing workforces across multiple contracts.
• A thorough understanding of performance-based contracts delivering to SLAs and Meeting KPIs.
• Some budgetary responsibility will be needed.
• Experience in delivering FM to residential properties, both high rise and communities.
• Excellent client management capabilities.
• Excellent communicator.

Senior Operations Manager – FM Service Provider – Dubai, UAEOur client is part of a major, Dubai based, high profile and successful Group of companies, that include Real Estate Development, Facilities, Property and Community Management.Currently they are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their FM Service Provider team. The successful individual will be responsible for managing day to day operations of a large workforce, delivering the full scope of FM services through a blue collar team, with a total headcount of over 2000 employees. Candidates should be experienced in FM operations working within a leading service provider environment. They will be responsible for multiple contracts, predominantly focussed within residential buildings and communities. Arabic speaking will be ESSENTIAL for this position.
