Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Facility Manager in Dubai to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and maintenance standards, and lead a skilled maintenance team. The role includes budgeting, cost-control, and coordinating preventive maintenance across multi-site facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in FM/Engineering, 5+ years in facilities management, and preferably IFMA CFM or BOMA RPA certifications. Experience with multi-site operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in FM/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in facilities management or maintenance supervision.
• IFMA CFM or BOMA RPA certifications preferred.
• Experience in multi-site facilities desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safety and maintenance standards.
• Develop and manage the annual budget for facility management, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and systems.
• Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing training and evaluations.
