Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Sales Manager Flow Controls based in UAE to drive growth with local EPCs and OEMs across the UAE Hydro-Carbon and Power & Water markets. You will collaborate with the Control Valves group to identify market opportunities and shape tailored strategies that meet customer needs.

The role requires a proven background in valves and instrumentation, strong market knowledge, and the ability to influence project pursuits with strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Significant sales experience in valve-related industries.
• Strong ability to develop and execute regional strategies.
• Proven track record in winning EPCs and OEM accounts.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales leads leveraging deep customer understanding of control valves applications.
• Analyze existing strategies and recommend growth initiatives and competitive intelligence.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet targets across UAE markets.
• Identify key decision-makers and position Flow Controls solutions as preferred supplier.
• Drive projects with OEMs and EPCs across Hydro-Carbon, Power & Water sectors.
• Represent Emerson at industry events and maintain up-to-date market insights.
• Ensure alignment of BU plans with account plans and collaborate with other divisions to increase pull-through content.
• Fulfill additional duties as required.
