Job summary

GEA Flow Components in Abu Dhabi seeks a lead expert in technical sales engineering to support inside sales, product management, and the MENA market. You will coordinate with development teams, manage local and remote sales staff, and provide comprehensive technical support across product lines.

The role requires strong engineering knowledge, travel as needed, and a results-oriented mindset to drive successful proposals and orders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience in technical sales/management.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales management and technical/application sales support.
• Experience with industrial refrigeration systems, factories, and fabrication contractors.
• Willingness to travel as required by sales assignments and industry events.
• Familiar with sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
• Strong professional presence with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead expert with extensive knowledge of GEA Flow Components and support inside sales operations and product management.
• Coordinate with Product Development and Sales Steering for new products and market demands.
• Manage inside sales teams locally and remotely with strong leadership.
• Apply engineering knowledge and project management skills across projects.
• Provide technical and operational support through field service, managers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage technical sales and partner activities across product lines and generate customer proposals and orders for the MENA market.
• Interface with factories on operational and technical matters related to GEA Flow Components products.
• Assist the Sales Manager in developing product and system offerings for the MENA market.
