Job summary

Parker Connect is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager for challenging UAE-based projects in Dubai. You will oversee all stages from planning to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, budget adherence, and on-time completion with high quality.

The ideal candidate holds a PMP certification, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or related field, and at least 10 years of civil/fit-out experience, including high-profile commercial and residential projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

PMP certification required.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in fit-out project management.
Proven experience managing high-profile commercial and residential fit-out projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire lifecycle of fit-out projects, from planning to final delivery.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets aligned with client expectations.
Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution.
Monitor project progress and adjust timelines to meet goals and deadlines.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Address project risks and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Foster strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery.
Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and resolve on-site challenges.
Prepare post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned.
