Job summary

Careerwebsite is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Commercial Projects in the UAE to lead full lifecycle delivery from pre-construction to handover. You will plan, schedule, budget, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field.
• 8-12 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience in commercial construction / interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, contracts, procurement and site execution.
• Good understanding of UAE construction practices, regulations and HSE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and execution strategies.
• Ensure delivery on time and within budget per specs.
• Monitor daily site progress and resolve project issues.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Lead project engineers, site engineers, supervisors and staff.
