Job summary

Compass Project Consulting in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced senior project leader to drive fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through handover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources while coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

The role requires UAE experience with Abu Dhabi projects, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a background in civil engineering or construction management. PMP/MRICS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading fit-out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP coordination, project controls and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion and handover.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, quality, resources, and overall delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks/delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Review technical submissions, drawings, method statements, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.
