Job summary

Parker Connect seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of high-rise residential and commercial projects in Dubai. You will oversee design, tendering, procurement, contracts, construction, cost, schedule, quality, HSE, authority approvals, and project handover.

The role requires UAE experience with high-rise towers; strong leadership, communication, and contract management skills; proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and Aconex; and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years of construction experience, civil and interior works.
• UAE experience in high-rise residential and commercial towers is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction processes and project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Aconex.
• Strong understanding of construction details, building materials, UAE regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept/design through construction, completion and handover.
• Manage consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Drive project planning, scheduling, budgets, cash flow, cost control and risk management.
• Oversee design development, value engineering, tendering, procurement and contract negotiations.
• Manage FIDIC-based contracts, variations, claims, EOTs and commercial matters.
• Ensure timely approvals, NOCs and statutory clearances from relevant authorities.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and compliance with approved specifications.
• Lead project meetings, reporting, governance and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, cost, timeline and quality standards.
• Manage snagging, handover, close-out and post-handover issues.
