Job summary

7 Management in Dubai is seeking a Senior Sales & Events Lead to drive annual targets for corporate and private events across DMCC venues. You will build relationships with multinational clients and manage proposals and contracts throughout the sales cycle.

You will coordinate events from booking to delivery, liaising with DMCC, Marketing, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and outstanding client experiences. A strong network in F&B hospitality is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B hospitality, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience managing large-scale events with active entertainment components.
• Proven ability to attract high-end clients via existing network.
• Strong negotiation skills with end-to-end proposal/contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve annual targets and maximise event bookings.
• Prepare and manage proposals and contracts with accurate forecasting.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, agencies, multinational partners, and DMCC.
• Coordinate corporate and private events from booking to delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, and Operations to align offerings and promotions.
