Job summary

ALSA Exhibition & Events in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business and manage exhibitor relations. You will pursue opportunities across the UAE and GCC, presenting compelling proposals and negotiating contracts.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, coordinate with design and project teams, and work toward monthly and annual sales targets in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or business development.
• Experience in the exhibition, events, stand construction or related industry is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE market.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work independently and actively develop a client base.

Responsibilities

• Find and attract new clients in the UAE and GCC market
• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
• Contact potential exhibitors and companies participating in exhibitions
• Prepare and present commercial proposals
• Negotiate with clients and close deals
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with design and project teams during the sales process
• Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through contract signing
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
