Job summary

Gardinia Contracting, the integrated construction leader behind Azizi Developments, seeks a Sr. Estimation Engineer to prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender summaries for flagship projects in Dubai.

The role requires extensive experience in estimation, MEP awareness, and strong software proficiency, with an emphasis on accuracy and timely submission. You will review drawings, prepare BOQs, analyse costs, obtain supplier quotations, and coordinate with multiple internal teams to

Qualifications

BE or B.Sc Civil Engineering is required.
10–15 years of experience in estimation.
Proficiency with Candy Software is mandatory.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

Responsibilities

Review drawings, specs, and tender documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review BOQs for various trades.
Develop detailed cost estimates from quantities, costs, labour, and plant.
Prepare unit rate build-ups and analyze rates for materials and labour.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate offers.
Coordinate with Design, Planning, Procurement, Operations and Commercial teams during estimation.
Identify risks, scope changes and cost impacts in tender documents.
Maintain records of tender documents, quotations, assumptions and calculations.
