Qualifications

• BE or BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in estimation.
• Strong construction site experience is additionally required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Experience preparing detailed construction estimates and BOQs.
• Knowledge of labour productivity costing.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Excellent communication skills and strong theoretical knowledge.

Role Purpose

The Senior Estimation Engineer will support tendering and pre-construction activities by developing detailed project estimates from technical drawings, specifications, tender documents, market pricing, labour productivity, plant requirements, and subcontractor inputs. • Maintain and update cost databases and historical project rates.

• Maintain traceable supporting information for submitted estimates.
