Job summary

Dubai Limited Investment LLC in Dubai invites an experienced MEP Estimator to join our construction team. You will develop accurate cost estimates for MEP systems by analyzing drawings, specs, and scope of work, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Collaborating with project managers and engineers, you will gather requirements, clarify technical details, and perform site assessments to capture conditions that impact costs. A 3–5 year track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of MEP estimation experience in construction.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized estimating tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and detailed MEP cost estimates by analyzing project specifications, drawings and scope of work.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather requirements and clarify technical specifications for MEP systems.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and understand project conditions that might affect MEP systems and costs.
