Job summary

Decima International in Dubai, UAE, seeks an accomplished Tender Manager to lead large-scale EPC procurements, ensuring compliant, commercially sound tenders aligned with project objectives and FIDIC-based principals.

You will manage bid documentation, engage with contractors, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic tender leadership for mission-critical data center and infrastructure projects in the region.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in tender/procurement/contracts within large-scale projects.
• Experience leading at least 3 large-format EPC procurements (data center/infra).
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and procurement governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead full tender lifecycle for large-scale EPC packages.
• Develop tender strategies, procurement plans and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, cost, legal, and client teams.
• Prepare tender documentation, clarification, and award recommendations.
• Ensure fair, transparent, compliant tender processes.
