Job summary

Decima International in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Project Manager with 15+ years in construction to lead data center projects for a major technology client. You will mentor staff, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and secure new work through strategy, positioning, and contract negotiations.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, CPM scheduling, earned value management, and client-facing communications at technical and management levels. A PMP/CCM/PMI alignment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in data center development and construction.
• Strong client-facing and senior stakeholder communication.
• Earned Value Management experience and CPM scheduling proficiency.
• PMI/CCM/PMP certification and/or CCM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple data center projects from development through close-out.
• Mentor staff and build long-term client relationships.
• Develop strategy, position proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
