Job summary

Decima International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in Dubai, UAE. You will drive client relationships, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and oversee schedules, budgets, and risk management to deliver complex facilities on time and within scope.

Qualifications

15+ years of construction project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in construction, mechanical/electrical engineering, PM, or related field.
Strong understanding of construction systems and project delivery methods.
Earned Value Management experience and client-facing background.
Proven ability to communicate progress to technical and management audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead client-facing project management for data center construction within multi-functional teams.
Establish CPM baseline schedules and manage work delivery end-to-end.
Prepare presentations for management on progress, findings, and recommendations.
Review plans, requirements, and specifications; support contractor selection and awards.
Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; advise stakeholders on mitigations.
Chair project meetings and maintain action items and minutes.
Oversee progress validation, pay applications, and invoices; conduct financial appraisals.
