Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience as a construction lawyer or senior contracts professional.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; advanced construction law qualification preferred.
- Strong experience drafting and negotiating EPC/contract documents.
- Solid knowledge of UAE construction law and FIDIC contracts.
- Experience advising on variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and contractual advisory support for EPC and construction agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and related documents.
- Advise leadership on rights, obligations, liabilities, risks, and remedies.
- Support tender reviews, contract negotiations, and project closeout.
- Coordinate with project teams to manage contractual issues and risk.
- Prepare position papers, risk assessments, and settlement recommendations.
