Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cost consulting, cost estimation, cost control, quantity surveying, or project controls on large‑scale projects.
• Experience in design‑stage cost estimates for complex buildings, infrastructure, or mission‑critical projects.
• Experience supporting tender‑stage cost reconciliation against bid prices and pricing breakdowns.
• Experience with construction‑stage cost control: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost‑to‑complete analysis.
• Ability to review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents to identify cost drivers and risks.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cost management software.

Responsibilities

• Support cost management across design, tender, and construction phases for large data center projects.
• Prepare, review, and update design‑stage cost estimates aligned with scope and client requirements.
• Develop cost plans, estimates summaries, take‑offs, benchmarking inputs, and budget validation reports.
• Identify cost variances, gaps, and risks in design and tender documents and communicate implications.
• Coordinate with tendering, procurement, contracts, engineering, and commercial teams for cost validation.
• Prepare cost reconciliation reports, bid comparisons, and recommendations for leadership.
• Monitor budget vs actuals during construction, update forecasts, and perform cost‑to‑complete analysis.
• Maintain cost registers, change logs, and contingency trackers; support closeout activities.
