Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead PMC Construction teams on large FEED/EPC oil & gas projects. You will Coordinate activities, ensure safety and quality compliance, and manage resources to meet project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in FEED/EPC, ADNOC/ offshore/brownfield experience, and proven leadership in complex environments. Full-time on-site role with a focus on UAE delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 15+ years in FEED/EPC execution for Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, including 5+ years in GCC preferred.
• ADNOC EPC/FEED experience required.
• Offshore and Brownfield experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PMC Construction teams, Construction Engineers and Supervisors.
• Coordinate all Construction activities across the project.
• Ensure safety, HSSE and quality standards are met on site and by Contractors.
• Review and approve Construction procedures, drawings and schedules.
• Monitor resources, equipment, materials and progress to align with project schedule.
• Approve Close-out dossiers and final handover documentation.
