Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contract/PMC professional to lead EPC/FEED contract administration within our energy projects. You will manage contract requirements, change control, payments, and documentation, aligning with project execution strategy.

Ideal candidate has 20+ years oil & gas experience, GCC exposure, a Bachelor's in Engineering, and familiarity with FEED/EPC processes. ADNOC exposure is a plus; relocation and challenging opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of EPC/FEED contracting and project procurement.
• Experience in PMC roles within oil & gas.
• Strong contract administration and document control.
• Ability to manage contract changes and claims.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture and ensure HSSE goals.
• Review and manage EPC/FEED contract requirements and baselines.
• Lead contract administration, change control, and payment processes.
• Coordinate with Owner, PMC and EPC/FEED Contractor.
• Prepare monthly subcontract and contract administration reports.
