Application Portfolio and Architecture Governance

• Assess the enterprise application landscape and identify redundant, overlapping, or aging technologies.
• Develop and manage application rationalization and consolidation roadmaps.
• Support demand and change advisory boards as part of the architecture governance process.
• Monitor architecture alignment throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Ensure major technology initiatives remain aligned with enterprise architecture principles and strategic direction.
• Support architecture functions across different domains as required.

Enterprise Transformation and Innovation

• Lead major enterprise architecture transformation initiatives, including programs such as CRM migrations.
• Evaluate market developments and technology trends relevant to the organization.
