Enterprise Architecture and Strategy

• Define and maintain the Group 's Enterprise Architecture strategy, target-state architecture, and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and transformation priorities.
• Translate strategic business initiatives into scalable business and technology capabilities in partnership with business leaders, transformation teams, and technology stakeholders.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, frameworks, and governance processes for enterprise technology decision-making.
• Lead architecture reviews for major initiatives, considering enterprise standards, security requirements, scalability, and long-term technology strategy.
• Develop technology reference architectures, capability maps, architecture blueprints, and future-state operating models for key business domains.
• Identify architecture gaps, technology risks, and dependencies and recommend appropriate mitigation plans.

Technology Modernization and Integration Drive

Drive application portfolio rationalization by identifying opportunities to consolidate systems, reduce technical debt, eliminate redundancies, and optimize technology investments. The Enterprise Architect will define enterprise integration architecture and promote API-first, event-driven, and reusable integration patterns. The role will also drive cloud modernization and enterprise platform transformation initiatives focused on agility, performance, security, scalability, and cost optimization.

Data, AI and Digital Transformation

• Collaborate with data and analytics teams on enterprise data architecture principles and governance frameworks.
• Support master data strategies and the development of AI-ready data foundations.
• Partner with digital, omnichannel, and customer experience teams to architect solutions supporting customer engagement, loyalty, personalization, and retail operations.
• Evaluate AI, Generative AI, automation, cloud platforms, intelligent retail solutions, and other emerging technologies.
• Recommend appropriate technology adoption opportunities based on potential business value.
• Support enterprise capabilities through digital and AI-driven transformation initiatives.

Enterprise Systems Leadership

Provide architectural leadership across ERP, POS, e-commerce, supply chain, merchandising, CRM, HR, finance, and corporate systems. Work closely with solution architects, product teams, project managers, and vendors to support the implementation of architecture standards and transformation initiatives. The role will also act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on technology trends, architecture investments, and digital transformation opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master 's degree preferred.
• 12 years of experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a senior architecture leadership capacity.
• Experience in retail, consumer, omnichannel, e-commerce, or large multi-brand organizations is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with modern integration architectures.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs and enterprise technology modernization initiatives.
