Position Overview: Enterprise Architecture Portfolio Lead in Dubai UAE with Al‑Futtaim Group plays a key role in advancing enterprise architecture strategy, governance, and technology optimization across a large regional organization. This role supports digital transformation initiatives, manages architecture tools, and ensures enterprise technology solutions align with business goals, security policies, and scalable architecture frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the enterprise architecture tools and solution architecture management environment to maintain a high‑performance architecture practice
• Own and drive enterprise architecture strategy processes ensuring governance, scalability, and alignment with industry architecture frameworks
• Manage and optimize enterprise architecture toolsets including LeanIX while supporting integration with SAP architecture methodologies
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and cost‑efficient technology solutions
• Communicate complex technical architecture concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Ensure solution architectures comply with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory controls, and security policies
• Support architecture governance processes including development and enforcement of technology standards and best practices
• Oversee architecture documentation ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and governance approvals for solution designs
• Identify architecture risks and implement mitigation strategies while encouraging the use of standardized SAP capabilities
• Evaluate emerging enterprise technologies and recommend adoption strategies to improve the enterprise architecture ecosystem
