Job summary

Labarna AI in Dubai is seeking a senior enterprise sales professional to drive the market, owning the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature. You will engage owners and C-level leaders to articulate the value of a sovereign, client-owned AI platform.

Working closely with the CEO and a small, senior team, you will build a robust pipeline across construction, real estate, banking and franchising in the GCC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of B2B sales experience with a record of closing enterprise or high-value deals (USD 100K+).
• Experience selling technology, software, platforms or professional services to owners and C-level buyers.
• Ability to articulate AI platform economics without relying on a technical team.
• Strong presenting and demonstration skills for senior stakeholders.
• Disciplined pipeline management and forecasting habits.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; on-site role.
• Existing UAE/GCC network in construction, real-estate, banking or franchising is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of enterprise prospects across target verticals (construction, CRE, financial services, multi-location operators).
• Lead discovery sessions with owners and senior executives to map value of sovereign AI platform.
• Deliver product presentations and coordinate live demonstrations with the technical team.
• Prepare proposals and scopes of work with the CEO and delivery team.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from first contact to contract signature and handoff to delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecasts and account notes.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients, partners and referral sources in the UAE and beyond.
• Represent Labarna at industry events, client meetings and partner engagements in Dubai and across the GCC.
• Feed market intelligence back to leadership and product teams.
