Job summary

Camunda, a global remote-first leader in enterprise AI-enabled orchestration, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive III to own complex enterprise deals and build strategic routes to closure. You will engage with senior leaders, coordinate with sales engineering, and drive growth across international accounts.

Qualifications

• Must live in UAE.
• At least 5 years Enterprise sales experience in UAE public sector.
• Significant experience closing enterprise software deals end-to-end, six figures or more.
• Skilled with multi-stakeholder deals including C-suite, IT, legal and procurement.
• Strong territory and account planning instincts.
• Ability to sell technical products credibly in automation/integration.
• Proven negotiation under genuine pressure and deal acceleration.
• Relationship-building that gains supplier advisory status.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from prospecting to close.
• Build and drive strategic account plans identifying whitespace and stakeholders.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees with technical/business buyers.
• Partner with sales engineering and customer success for credibility and handoff.
• Represent Camunda's value to senior leaders and technical buyers.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline health with discipline.
