Job summary

Dell Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Engineer, Field Service to install, configure, maintain, and repair complex solutions at customer sites. You will follow SOPs, validate accuracy before handoff, and work with product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in field service, strong networking/OS/hardware knowledge, and a safety/compliance mindset. The team collaborates across engineering, solutions, and sales to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in a professional role or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in field service practices; working knowledge of networking/OS/hardware.
• Understanding of safety procedures and ESD standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and case hygiene (naming, links, formats).
• Effective collaboration and communication across partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• OEM product certifications; CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent.

• Prepare reports for decision reviews; archive case artifacts in the repository.
