The Bahri & Mazroei Group is seeking a Senior Sales Executive–ELV & ICT to drive after-sales services revenue across AMCs, preventive and corrective maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions. You will develop new service business, renewals, and grow key accounts in the UAE, partnering with project teams and customers to deliver reliable service levels.

The role requires deep ELV/ICT knowledge, strong sales discipline, and the ability to build long-term relationships with end users,

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related technical discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant UAE/GCC sales experience in ELV/ICT after-sales services.
• Proven experience selling AMCs, maintenance contracts, upgrades, and lifecycle services.
• Excellent English, UAE driving license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve service revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.
• Identify and develop new AMC opportunities, maintenance agreements, upgrades, and lifecycle services.
• Maintain and expand the installed base to recurring service revenue.
• Negotiate technical and commercial terms while protecting margins.
• Build strong relationships with end users, facility managers, consultants, and main contractors.
