Job summary

LeadingEdge HR Solutions in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales & Account Manager for Oil & Gas (DWM & DF) to nurture key client relationships, drive new business, and lead product launches within the UAE market. The role reports to the Country Manager and requires 8+ years of UAE technical sales in DWM/DF, plus a proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.

ADNOC experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical sales within UAE Oil & Gas DWM/DF (mandatory).
Proven UAE account management track record with operators, drilling contractors, and service companies.
Strong commercial skills: negotiation, contract management, forecasting, and CRM proficiency.
Capable of solution design and delivering technical proposals and presentations.
Must be UAE-based with valid residency and right to work.

Responsibilities

Report to the Country Manager; execute sales strategies and performance objectives.
Identify high-potential opportunities in Oil & Gas to maximise market share and profitability.
Drive growth across DWM/DF portfolio with existing and prospective clients.
Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and sustain strong client relationships for long-term retention.
Act as primary contact for enquiries, contractual matters, and commercial support.
Propose and deliver tailored DWM/DF technical solutions and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution and launches.
Monitor sales targets; provide forecasts and monthly updates to Country Manager.
Identify and convert new clients to expand UAE presence.
