Job summary

Alshaya is seeking a Senior eCommerce Trading Manager to lead online trading performance across its digital brand portfolio. Working with the Head of Online Performance, you will own a consolidated view of performance, collaborate with brand teams to deliver forecasts, business plans and growth ambitions.

You will drive weekly and monthly reporting with clear narrative, identify risks and opportunities, and push for recovery actions that maximise sales, margin and sell-through across channels

Qualifications

5+ years in eCommerce trading or digital performance.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
Experience working with senior brand and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the consolidated eCommerce performance view across Alshaya online brands, identifying trends and risks.
Track performance against plan, forecast and prior year across the online funnel with a focus on sales and margins.
Collaborate with Brand and central teams to agree recovery or acceleration plans and monitor delivery.
Contribute to weekly trading meetings with evidence-led discussion and clear actions.
