Job summary

Apparel Group is hiring an experienced Manager - Online Merchandising to lead onsite trading, product discovery and category performance across web and mobile platforms in Dubai, UAE. You will drive search optimization, conversion improvements, and coordinating merchandising priorities with marketing, category, analytics, supply chain and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years in e-commerce or online merchandising, strong analytical skills with tools like Tableau or Google Analytics

Qualifications

4-6 years in e-commerce, or online merchandising.
Strong understanding of onsite merchandising, product discovery, and conversion optimization.
Experience in fashion or multi-brand retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute the onsite merchandising strategy across homepage, category pages, brand pages, campaign pages, and landing pages.
Manage product sorting logic to ensure visibility for commercially relevant products.
Optimize filters, facets, navigation, and product grouping to improve discovery.
Configure product recommendations, upsell and cross-sell placements across key journeys.
Ensure products are categorized accurately within taxonomy structures.
Monitor taxonomy consistency and resolve classification issues affecting search or navigation.
Maintain the online merchandising calendar aligned with trading, marketing, category, and brand priorities.
Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events across the site.
Review campaign ROI and assess banners, placements, and promotions.
