Job summary

Alshaya Group is seeking a Senior eCommerce Trading Manager to lead online performance across a multi-brand portfolio in the UAE. You will own the consolidated view, drive forecast accuracy, and partner with brands and central teams to implement recovery and growth actions.

You will translate data into actionable insights, deliver weekly and monthly performance narratives to senior leadership, and collaborate with marketing, operations, and merchandising to optimize traffic, conversion, pricing,

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years in eCommerce trading, digital performance, or a closely related role.
• Proven track record of owning trading performance, forecasts and business reviews.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the consolidated eCommerce performance view across online brands, markets and channels.
• Track performance against plan, forecast and prior year across sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, margin and sell-through.
• Partner with brand and central teams to agree recovery or acceleration plans and monitor outcomes.
• Lead weekly and monthly performance meetings with a clear executive narrative.
• Contribute to planning, calendars and execution of campaigns and inventories.
