Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's or Diploma in IT/CS, 5+ years UAE Document Controller experience, and familiarity with SharePoint, AutoDesk, Aconex, Oracle, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience as a Document Controller in engineering/MEP environments.
• Experience with document control systems such as SharePoint, AutoDesk, Aconex, Oracle, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documents, drawings, transmittals, correspondence and records.
• Ensure proper filing, tracking, distribution and archiving per procedures.
• Maintain document registers, numbering, revision control and version management.
• Prepare and monitor document transmittals; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, contractors and authorities on submissions and approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of documents; comply with control standards.
• Provide basic IT support for routine issues and coordinate with external IT service provider.
