Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Senior Document Controller to manage and control all project documentation across the full lifecycle, ensuring compliance with ADNOC and PMC requirements and maintaining data integrity.

You will lead document control activities for Concept through handover, oversee EDMS usage (Aconex, SharePoint, OpenText), and mentor junior staff while coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or engineering diploma with 10+ years in Electronic Documentation Management Systems in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Projects.
• Minimum five years in GCC region.
• Proven experience supporting Concept, FEED, EPC, Construction, and Commissioning phases.
• ADNOC project experience is required.
• Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experiences are preferrable.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering documentation for Onshore and Offshore facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain project document control procedures.
• Manage document control activities for Concept to close-out.
• Register, classify, archive engineering, vendor, contractor, and client documents.
• Ensure accurate numbering, revision control, metadata management, and document status tracking.
• Coordinate document review and transmittal between parties.
• Monitor document review cycles and proactively follow up for timely approvals.
• Maintain document registers, master indexes, and transmittal logs.
• Ensure EDMS is used and updated with current revisions.
• Generate periodic reports and KPIs for document control.
• Mentor junior Document Controllers and interface with cross-functional teams.
